How do you re-download Tube Site Submitter?
 

I bought it a few months ago and had to reformat my computer.
Can you re-download it? I cant find a link anywhere on their site for existing customer to download it. Only to buy a new copy.
frustrating...

i was thinking about buying that program is it worth it? does it deliver traffic ? is it easy to use ?
