problems at NatNet?

been waiting whole day for a 2 sec support issue.

:disgust

SweetT 04-04-2011 05:24 PM

Please do me a favor and send an email including the ticket number or your account number to me directly so that I can look into this for you and find out what the deal is. If we have dropped the ball on your ticket I can ASSURE you that it will be dealt with IMMEDIATELY and the System Administrator that dropped the ball will be disciplined accordingly. This is not something that I take lightly.

I sincerely apologize for any delay in getting your issue resolved.

Seems odd, I usually only wait 2 sec for a whole day support issue. No joke! You may want to give them a call. Perhaps your support ticket didn't make it.

I have NEVER seen that happen in 12 years at Natnet. Bet you'll never see it happen again.

Seems Extremely odd, it never happens to us, EVER:2 cents::thumbsup

If you hosted with Webair you would have it done in 2 sec.

My work here is done.

Thanks for the kind words, everybody, but I did some research with my Tech Staff and found that there are some tickets that have been outstanding for far too long so this is a legitimate complaint.

Apparently, our software that we have used for years to manage our DNS servers had some kind of major issue and has had our developers scurrying trying to get it corrected for far too long. Of course, this has only caused grief to those that were adding or changing a domain, but that doesn't make it any less important.

The GOOD news is that our developers were able to fix the problem and the Tech Staff is working through all of the tickets that have been waiting for this fix. They are estimating that all tickets will be caught up in the next 60 minutes. We appreciate your patience and are truly sorry for any convenience that this delay has caused.

Yes, they are very good. Most of the time tickets are handled quickly.

Apparently, somethign broke down yesterday and they had been fixing it the whole day.
