Photoshop action using Imagenomic Portraiture plug-in and whatever tweaks you want from Photoshop's own tools will do whatever their system does and better if you're good with Photoshop.

not sure if that's what you're looking for but i'm doing all thumbs manually. i pick up from gallery photo which i like the best then i pick up from photo area i like and i crop it. here's example of my biggest thumbs (made in tgpx):

thumbs for this gallery was a bit tricky to make cuz owner of the site are branding photos in the way which sometimes make very hard to thumb out of it all handmade by arles.

like i said i'm picking up part of girl which is looking nice and crop it but if you prefer, pussy, tits, faces or anything i can do this too all depends on price you wanna pay.
