I cant eat when I first get up so at about 11:30 I had a chocolate bar washed down with a few swigs of coke(the drinking type) then I went to greggs and got a sausauge roll that was my morning sorted out.
At around 1pm I went and got a bacon roll that was washed down with yet more coke. After work I met my misses and decided to go to mc donalds and get a mc chicken sandwich and large fries and a cadburys flurry. When we got home 3 hours later we decided to get a few DVDs low and behold I bought two bags of popcorn I proceeded to eat one bag followed by two small bags of pork scracthings washed down with a cup of tea and a couple of small mini cadbury cakes.
Man that was the healthiest day I have had in years I must keep up the good work and continue my good healthy diet.
Tell you what though, my shit the next day was real fucking nasty and when I broke wind it was real bad...
