Well I had the same hurt when me balls got sucked - the problem should be solved if you tell them to lick instead of suck.
I guess the size of the balls is kind of side effect - as i can see on those photos. Big suck leads to a big swelling - not a tumor. I bet the guys around are just jealous. In fact I am.

First I thought that you're showing a family portrait or something, but afterwards I figured out these are the different pictures of your balls....
