Not only are bullies assholes, but they're fucking stupid. For one thing, the guy he's bullying is bigger and he fails to realize that a giant rage is building inside the guy as he taunts him. He's actually supplying the fuel that will beat his ass. You usually can't win against someone that has good reason to fight.

Most of the bullies I have seen are not the "big kids". But that is always what everyone assumes that it is big kids picking on the smaller ones. In reality people that have been tall/big all their life are usually extremely nice and it takes a lot to get them to fight. Looks like this moron found it out the hard way.
