Is this shit for real? Obama health care bill:

I know that our government is soulless raping pillaging thieves who blatantly openly rape our assholes, these days; but even I had no idea it would go this far so quickly ; ; .. . Is this REAL?

THE CARE BILL HB3200

THIS IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL

Judge Kithil of Marble Falls , TX - HB3200 highlighted pages most egregious
Please read this...... especially the reference to pages 58 & 59

JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospitals will ration care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling..)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

Honorable David Kithil
Marble Falls, Texas

All of the above should give you the point blank ammo you need to support your opposition to Obamacare. Please send this information on to all of your email contacts.

According to snopes this letter has mix of truth and fiction in it.

Nowhere in section 152 does it say anything about illegals.

Quote:

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

It says more that they will make a real time determination of an individuals financial responsibility at the point of service and it looks like the bank stuff, the way I read it, is more about doctors and service providers.

Quote:

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).
I don't see any of this in that section. Most of this section talks about reimbursing retirees and paying employers who help with their employee's coverage.

Quote:

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.
it looks like there is some truth to this one. The way I read it they will separate healthcare into different "units" including things like "preventative care" etc. Those people will all be paid the same regardless of the specialty. So I think that means if you go to your regular doctor for a checkup he will get paid the same as if you go to a foot doctor and have him check your feet to make sure they are fin.

Quote:

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospitals will ration care according to the patient's age.
nothing in this section about that. This section talks about f one cancer hospital has higher costs than another they will make adjustments to the amount of money for the hospitals. There are a bunch of subsections that I didn't read so there could be more in there.

This is the Sarah Palin death panel part. What is says that every five years you have to meet with a practitioner who will make sure that you have no questions about your care and these things can also include helping you with living wills, end if life care and so on. The idea is that you are prepared in the event something happens, not just leaving it to your family then you have a stroke and they have to figure out what to do with you.

Quote:

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.
this seems way off too. This part talks about how a person could get a 'life sustaining treatment' order. this means if you don't want heroic measures used to save your life this part talks about how you can get an order that you can keep with you and transfer from doctor to doctor so you don't have to get a new one at each place you get treated.

So it seems like most of this is just garbage that someone read and then interpreted how they wanted it to sound so that it came off as badly as possible.

Don't get me wrong. I think there is plenty wrong with the healthcare bill and I think it was the wrong bill at the wrong time, but stuff like this seems mostly like fear mongering.

You can check it all yourself here. http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-...:h3200ih.p df that is the full text of the bill.

What? If you don't pay for mandatory health care then you pay penalties, just as you would if you didn't pay your income tax.

I'm not going to get into the debate, but Obamacare is fucked up and unconstitutional. Period.

If that is true, it really takes away a young doctor's incentive to the best he/she can be. It's really dangerous to play this game---we're going to end up with the worst fucking health care on the planet.

You want your young hot shots and knowledgeable veterans to get paid what they're worth, otherwise you'll get the equivalent of a public school substitute teacher taking out your appendix.

You're going to make a massive decision about your life and then entirety of your future, because of a (proven bullshit) thread you read on GFY?

Whew... Glad you're not coming here if that's the case.

so what happens again if someone goes into a hospital to be treated? that cost just evaporates, or is it passed on to the state?

I think that this is one of the funnier aspects of the Obamacare issue

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...lea-305819702/

There have been over a thousand waivers issued to unions, and companies that SUPPORTED the passage of the bill, and now...
____________________________________

"Becoming the most hypocritical politician in America is not an easy goal to achieve, but New York?s Rep. Anthony Weiner, a Democrat, is up to the task.

Earlier this year, the Obama administration began rewarding its union friends and others with an escape from the clutches of Obamacare. Now one of the most outspoken Obamacare supporters - the man who actually said, ?I wrote the bill ? the bill and I are one? wants his own ?get out of jail free? card from this abominable law."
_____________________________________

"Fast-forward four years, and the community organizer in the White House evidently has had his own moment of clarity about the unholy health care law that bears his name. Obamacare is already leaving a trail of destruction. Despite promises to the contrary, Mr. Obama?s own Medicare chief actuary estimates that up to 20 million Americans may lose their current health insurance. Despite promises to the contrary, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates Obamacare will destroy 800,000 jobs. Despite promises to the contrary, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius recently admitted cooking the books by double-counting $500 billion toward both Medicare savings and Obamacare implementation funds and admitted that a major program within Obamacare, the CLASS Act, is - in her words - ?totally unsustainable.? As a direct result of this government takeover, many insurance companies already have been forced to raise their premiums or drop out of the Medicare Advantage program, while others no longer offer policies for children, and still others have simply closed their doors.

So how does the White House respond to this unraveling? With more waivers. HHS acknowledges issuing 1,040 ?get out of jail free? cards to unions and other friends. Five states have been graced with their very own Obamacare waivers, including Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee and, newest pampered friend, Maine. Why Maine? According to the administration, Obamacare ?has a reasonable likelihood of destabilizing the Maine individual health insurance market.?

.
NICE! :thumbsup

No need for an apology. You couldn't be more right. We've been sold out time and time and time again. Just remember that not ALL of us are blind and deaf to it :)

Thanks for breaking it down, for me. I don't even pay attention to what's going on, any more. I use to be all passionate about it, thinking I could save the country, but all of the normal people hated me for talking about it.... so I gave up, but I still like to have at least a rough idea about which angles they're penetrating us :1orglaugh and I know some people are real regular radicals who make outlandish claims, too.

Matt 26z 03-28-2011 12:51 PM

I have my doubts that the new plan will ever go into effect, but I'm glad the Dems took the bold move of tackling one of the third rails of politics.

A major obstacle to any change in the system is the rural Republican voter base. Their medical care isn't exactly cutting edge, so it doesn't cost a fortune. Low populations keep demand down too. These variables result in an accessible system for them. Under a new system their quality of care is unlikely to improve, so I don't see them supporting anything regardless of what the proposal is.

And of course since the Republican party is almost completely reliant on rural citizens as their voter base, I don't think we will ever see healthcare reform.
