Wasn't there some sort of medical study that showed that excessive time in front of a computer breeds anxiety and other social disorders? This might be an extreme case.

The fucker had over 200 images (mostly modded to make the kids appear dead) on his computer, he is only going to serve like 2-3 months actual prison time as he has served 8Months in custody already.
