What does the fact that Obama is Black or Muslim have to do with the fact that he doesn't have a valid birth certificate.. Isn't it US law you have to be born in the US to be president.. I think if there was ever a question of if another president was born here or not the question would been asked regardless of color.

He said today on the View that he was paid a large sum of money to do the roast and he donated it all to charity.

Who knows where Soetoro was born. But the NAME that he represents Barack Obama was born in the US. This is the key and how he is getting away with it. A long form represents a live birth. A short form represents a legal name. Think of it as his celebrity persona. And he is "acting" with/as this legal name. The courts can't allow this to come to light or they would have to restructure the entire LEGAL system and make it LAWFUL again.

I have both, my Short form shows my adopted mom.
Short form can say anything you want it to.

I had to go get my Son's SS card replaced, they asked for my moms Maiden name and place of birth. I got BOTH questions wrong, since I gave them the info on the Short form.

I didn't care to look it up, as I dropped the issue, but I heard Hawaii only had short forms....

It's because Hawaii didn't become a part of the Union until 1959. So all people on the soil of Hawaii were issued legal name birth certificates because no one could "prove" live birth for a CLB.

The short form is how all things legal are handled so it in reality all one would need. That is unless you want to be, say, President.. Before Obama anyway.

The only person alive that could verify (that we know of) where he was born was his grandmother. She unfortunately died during his campaign but not before saying he was born in Kenya.

I dont recall any white presidents having a shady details about where they were born. And, you wouldnt have heard about it anyway unless they refused to show it.

McCain had to show his birth certificate (long form) during the campaign to prove he was born on a military base.

When the same was asked of Obama it became a racial thing..

Everyone just assumes that "someone in the government" is checking this, its simply not true.

People have tried to force the government (through the courts) to look at this, and every court came up with some excuse why they wouldn't rule on it instead of actually looking at the evidence. All of these courts knew that if they ruled on it, that the ruling would be against Obama, one of these courts directly acknowledged that when they stated that they didn't feel they had the authority to remove an active president, so to rule on it would be pointless (this from the case that made it the furthest).

There is just as much, if not more, evidence that he was NOT born in Hawaii.

When you get liberal judges, who don't care about the constitution, how can you expect any type of correct ruling.

Why is there any legitimate reason that Obama has spent millions on defending this, and even getting Hawaii to change its laws regarding the release of the certificate of live birth? Whats to hide? At this point, everyone already knows the information that would supposedly be on the certificate, so its not like there are any privacy issues, just release it to confirm its true, very simple.

many american citizens are born outside the border of USA from parents who are american citizens.
this is still considered "born citizens" and he/she could become President (if elected).

So.................... If they ask Obama to show his driver license.... and no president before him got asked to do so........ that's racism too???

Which is why McCain is considered a US citizen.. He was born outside the border on a US base and why he had to provide proof.. By the democratic party no less. Barry on the other hand had one parent who wasn't a US citizen. And depending on where he was born decides his actual citizenship. All anyone is asking for is for Obama to prove the same. It was demanded by the democratic party... If he was born outside then US the he is unqualified. Because the law states if you were born outside of the United States and only one of your parents was a citizen, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least 5 of which were after the age of 16. Obama's mother was 18 so his citizenship would then be that of his fathers. Secondly, there is the Indonesian passport issue.. And the Connecticut SS# issue..

His history is full of mystery (which is common for a CIA spook) but he could settle the most important part by providing the long form.. Why won't he?
