XProfiles Presents Social Xplosion.
 

Irvine, Ca. - March 21, 2011 - Capitalizing on the popularity of dating and social networks world wide, xProfiles announces its Social xPlosion promotion running March 21st through April 16th, 2011.

A new Pay Per Free option offers $1.50 per free profile including the possibility of an extra $10.00 upon conversion of a paid join. Also of interest to many are their promotional payouts of $50.00 PPS, 70% Rev-Share, and 10% webmaster referrals.

Following their successful launch in January xProfiles has been continually adding tools for the affiliate to use. Just added are Pixel Tracking, Pay Per Email, an API option for all programs, and of course custom promo tools are always available.

Gabe, I think you need to clarify to people that the free program isn't $1.50 per free signup. Apparently it's all based on "performance" so your number will vary like crazy.

Demon, your first 40 signups will always be at $1.50 each. At this rate if you get just 1 paid join it comes out to $70 per join. We think this is fair for both parties, the affiliate and the sponsor. While you may have seen this sort of practice done by other sponsors we will not move you to a different program, or retroactively take away money should you fall under the ratio guidelines.

You guys have some iframe ads that don't open into a new window when clicked.

Specifically the text links in the iframe ads you build using the script.

My point is, you did not specify that it would be based on your ratio, after the 40 signups apparently. I stopped when it went down to .10 a signup.

so if you do less than 1:120 you're at $0.10 per free, but still get $10 on upgrades?

Low ? $0.10 per free sign up, 1 sign up out of 350 referrals

Medium ? $0.50 per free sign up, 1 sign up out of 70 referrals

High ? $1.00 per free sign up, 1 sign up out of 120 referrals (during promo only)

I was confused like Demon, generally when a dating program offers a low free profile payout along with a signup bonus ($10), no ratio requirements are involved. There's no mention of ratios in your program details, the first an affiliate gets notice of it is in fine print in your stats. If you're going to involve ratios, why not use promo ads like, "Up to $7/free" like some of your competitors, as $1/profile is just about the lowest in the industry.

For Pay-Per-Free Webmasters, Program will pay such Webmasters one dollar ($1.00) for each Internet user referred by the Webmaster that either verify their email address or creates a profile. For every Member referred by the Webmaster who purchases a paid membership, Program will pay such Webmasters ten dollars ($10.00). After Webmaster has been paid for 120 free signups, the pay rate will be adjusted for future signups. If there is less than 1 paid signup per 40 free signups, payout per free signup will become $0.50. At 160 free signups another check is performed, and if the ratio is worse than 1 paid signup per 70 free signups, the pay rate is changed to $0.10. Many sales do not happen the same day as the free signup. Because of this, Webmasters who began sending to the Pay-Per-Free Program less than five (5) days ago have more lenient ratios to meet. Such Webmasters only need one-third of the sales normally required in order to maintain a top tier pay rate.
