Is there a fee to activate a payoneer card?
 

Their FAQ section says:


What are the costs associated with the card?
-Costs are listed and explained when you sign into "My Account"


So I have to be signed up before knowing..

I've heard paxum is a better option, but the network I am working with only offers payoneer.

how the fuck can you get your money out of payoneer?
