for bigger tgp owners - how often do you get hacked?
 

one of the networks I run is getting hacked so often that I'm starting to think its fucking personal or something :(

all scripts are updated, all server side protections are there, yet... almost weekly some stupid crap will pop up and it has to be fixed and hack removal is a pain in the ass

question is general, but I'd mostly like to hear from bigger SMART THUMBS powered tgp owners - so, hack experiences over the years?

We had installed a free script "Proton" (Russian Programmer) across dozens of domains and it was ok for years. Lately scareware popups, htaccess changes... it's been horrible.

You get what you pay for.

maybe during one of the earlier hacks a backdoor was installed and they keep using that rather then exploiting the scripts or servers?

I am TGP owner and security expert in one,so i dont have any problems with it :)

Most hacks are perpetrated by script kiddies working for other less reputable companies.
