It kinda surprised me. But after I thought about it a minute...I realized that tonight in Tokyo the nightclubs will be full of people partying, dancing, getting high, drinking and fucking. Just like when Three Mile Island happened all those years ago...people in New York continued on with their lives.
The worst thing that has happened so far is definitely that Tsunami with all those people killed and under rubble in those seaside villages and towns. And if there are any still alive under there they are freezing to death. But for the majority of the country, I suppose it's business as usual. I guess people just adapt. |
