Newbie question about starting a psp
 

I've a client, a content provider who no longer wants just a direct merchant account but would like to apply for his own psp for high risk and normal risk vending. He has the acquiring bank(s) lined up. Is there a website that outlines the exact costs and procedures for setting one up? Are there any consultants available here who deal with such? Thanks!
