Webbilling? Anyone else have a problem getting payouts from them?

It's appearing more and more like there might be a problem.

They don't have a whole lot of our money, since we only had them as a regional (EU) billing option in our NATS cascade, but we've been trying to get a payout for the better part of 2 MONTHS now.

Late January (the 26th) we contacted them because we were changing banks and company names. So they instructed us to fill out all their required paperwork and we mailed it in on February 7th. We emailed them to ask if they got it a week or 2 later, which they confirmed on Feb 17th.

It's now March 16th and still no payout. I understand things take time to process and I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this feels like a rather long time to just be holding on to the money, so I'm getting a little curious/nervous.

We've emailed 2 or 3 times since Feb 17th and got the same "we're working on it" type of response. I tried calling their 1-954-707-3343 at 1pm today and got no answer.

Anyone else have any experience with Web Billing? If so, what can you tell us?

(Constructive replies only please - the "pulling links now" reply guys need not reply):winkwink:

Europeans Billing Europe!

Hey everyone - it's not a question of how much money - it is a question of satisfying paper trail requirements and tax authorities when the contractual partner and banking payout information is changed on an account after the account has already been established.

Compared to credit card applications I have seen where you practically have to provide DNA, ours is very simple, but complicated because while supporting documents can be provided digitally, we still have to go through the process of acquiring and executing contract hard copies.

While 'we're working on it' can sound painfully inadequate sometimes, offices in the Netherlands are actually completing the work, and it is in fact often the best answer I can give. You should be receiving your payout in our next cycle, and we will monitor that for you.

Thanks for that.

While unconventional, sometimes a post here on GFY seems to generate a swifter "attentiveness" on certain issues.

Another case in point here.:winkwink:
