Goodbye Naughty America...It's been real.

Well, it's been a good run. I am no longer with Naughty America. Thank you for the great times and even the bad times. I'm sorry the bad times got to this. I have done everything in my power to make that company prosper. If there are people that don't want to hear it then it's really too bad. No hard feelings to all 98% of you. I love you all like family.
I hope some eyes open as to how much better we could have done. I wish all of La Touraine's future endeavors great success with no remorse for what transpired. It's a great company to be a part of and I want nothing but the best. To both of our success!

If you guys need help with anything Scott is your man. A lot of great ideas have stemmed from you guys. Continue to give Scott as much feedback and requests as possible. The more backing from the affiliates he gets, the more likely they are to listen. Naughty America is still one of the best programs to promote. The potential for growth is huge.

Contact Scott here:

If anybody needs to get a hold of me my e-mail is: [email protected]

Stef. 03-15-2011 12:00 PM

good luck Justin with your next projects!

I'm dating myself maybe but how long has it been since Ace was managing that program?

Anyway, best of luck.

Oh and for old times sake, there is a St. Patty's Day promo coming up this week with Naughty America. Contact Scott for details. ;)

MrBottomTooth 03-15-2011 12:24 PM

OK, a few sentences in there have me a bit worried. Should affiliates be concerned? They are already getting hit and miss on payments.

Continue to push Naughty America even harder. It's a solid program. If you are having any payment issues they will take care of it for you immediately. There is no reason to be concerned. In fact, it is going to be a good year.

This!

Lets dissect it real quick and see.

Bad times? Please explain. I know every company goes through good and bad times, but how bad were the bad? Apparently enough it forced your exodus.

So apparently things got so "bad" that it forced you out? If the "bad times" force you to leave a company then there are issues afoot that need to be explained.

Are you saying that you failed at making the company prosper? So by you leaving are they going to fail now? That is what I read from this, if not, please elaborate.

This means there are hard feelings towards 2%, which I have to assume is the ownership. I imagine 98% is the workforce with 2% being ownership. No love for them?

Since they didn't heed your advice, are they going to fail or in the process of failing now? What if they would have listened?

In other words, you want them to fail so you can rub in the fact that they never took your advice. Then you can say the ultimate, "I told you so!". If they do fail, then you have super power grounds to come here, or the web and rub their noses in it. Which no offense to you, I doubt will happen.

This is the guy who took over your accounts and in the attempt to save face, you carry on about how NA is a great program and will continue to grow (even though you clearly stated above that they are heading in the wrong direction because they didn't follow your advice/ideas. So which is it? Are they going to fail because you left and no one heeded your advice or do you REALLY wish them the best and hope they reach their potential growth. Which you claimed they wouldn't because they didn't use your ideas.

Sorry, I've just seen this type of email/post so many times it's old to me. If I had a nickel for every one of my ex-employees that sent almost the exact same email, I would have enough money to buy 2 items off the dollar menu. What I'm saying is this; if you left NA that's fine. But your notice is nothing more than a self promotion piece with false support, sprinkled with back-handed compliments for NA and frosted with self promotion. Then it ends with a way to contact you....hmm....weird.

I wish you the best in life and success. But if you were one of my ex-employees, I would be on the phone with my attorneys as we speak.

Thank you... I sure didn't want to take the time to spell all that out myself but I sure do appreciate you taking the time to do so because all that "best of luck" and "amicable separation" crap just about made me crap a bowl of cherry pits.

Justin speaks the truth regarding the positives of the program and that we have tons of big things in the works, and it's only going to get better. He was very passionate about NA and worked hard to make it one of the better programs available today.

This is a large company with a large number of employees and as with all businesses, people come and go and most times it is unfortunate no matter the case. And this is one of those unfortunate times, Baker is already missed, its just me and the plants now : /

You best talk to Justin then because me, as a person with average intelligence managed to interpret it much differently. Here's what I got from it: I'm not longer with NA, they didn't listen to me and it hurt them, they're not moving forward because they didn't listen to me, the ownership sucks, and if you want me to bring my suggestions to your company, contact me using this email address. I viewed it as him leaving because all of his suggestions fell on deaf ears and the company isn't heading in the right direction. But he's heading in the right direction and can be contacted at [email protected]. :thumbsup

The only problem is that Justin never mentioned 'big things in the works'. He mentioned how HE had big ideas for big things to put into the works but the ownership was too stubborn to listen to him.

You say it's a large company with a large number of employees (which I know because I've done a lot of business with NA in the past), but then you contradict yourself by saying that Justin's office spot was replaced by a plant. Is it at least the plant from 'The Little Shop of Horrors'? At least it had Angelina Jolie's lips. :winkwink:

I'd rather not say because of this current situation and possible litigation.

I have to stress that I have no dog in this fight, but as a business owner, I see this shit all the time. I had an employee steal over $150,000 in accounts from me when he left. I paid for all the dinners, the drinks, the meetings, the flights, the hotels, the hookers...everything it took to land the clients. I took him to court and won.

If you want more information you can email me and I'll be more than happy to explain and even offer up the printed abstracts of my court case. My email is me AT screw-you DOT com.

I just want to add that I don't see NA going anywhere anytime soon. They have survived the spring, summer, fall, and winter's of this industry and maybe they have had a crop of ideas fail from time to time, but more often than not they have harvested greatness, providing plenty of bounty to the affiliates willing to reap that gain.

I should have quoted "amicable", I meant it in a sarcastic sense because I didn't know how else to categorize the "affiliate rep lost his job" type of thread. I didn't mean to imply it was drama free, I was impressed with how honest and real the comments were. It's refreshing.

sorry pal, gonna stop you right there. NA was what it was and ever will be way before him.

he came in at the end of what it was and became.

andreas and mark made that company what it is or was.

lets keep it real. no offense to him, but he didn't do anything massively noteworthy or landmark there.
