sriracha sauce
I ordered some online, and god fucking damn. I don't know how i lived 26 yrs wihtout trying this stuff. It tastes like satan himself climbed out of a volcano and spat on my food. I'm going to be straight up shitting fireballs tomorrow but it tastes SO GOOD.
I'm 3/4ths thru this pizza i put it on and already drank a liter and a half of water |
I love the stuff, but the strangest thing I turned allergic to it when I was about 19. Sucks for me. I miss it alot.

I call it cock sauce and I love it.
I don't find it that hot though? It's great on a chicken or tuna salad sandwich. |

It's a de rigeur ingredient at the moment. One of my favorite food blogs, Serious Eats, has tons of recipes for using rooster (or cock, if that's your bag) sauce. And I believe there are even a few recipes for making your own approximation at home. Sriracha is pretty awesome, I'll give you that.

if you are at a teppan grill ask the chef to add it to your fried rice. but for pizza? nahhh... use franks hot sauce for that and wings. |

Yum. Sriracha is absolutely delicious. I like to add it in marinara sauce to make it diavlo. Brilliant.

it looks like a cheap Tabasco knock-off; I've tried gazillion hot sauces and I am still searching for something better than Tabasco, but probably there isn't

Love it too! Pretty sure that and mayo is the combination for the spicy sauce in a spicy tuna roll.

Hell yeah, k0nr4d! I put it on tons of food. From spaghetti to breakfast sandwiches to asian noodles, Sriracha (we call it "cock sauce" here) is definitely a MUST HAVE condiment.

I think hes referring to birds eye chili, they are very hot and theres actually a company which makes a hot sauce for it for export. The name escapes me but its very good. Much hotter than siracha, and the consistency of Tabasco.
