christans must be worried

why?

well in the bible it clearly states that to prove that god exsists, got would make sure the world never flooded again.

thus surly what happened in Japan must show god does not exsist.

or do they not belive what the bible says.

there are many christans who belive every word in the book, and forget that its been traslated and some words have changed the meaning over time.

They also are the same ones who belive this is gods revenge on Japan.

They seem thus to belive only bits in the book.

Same lot who will say muslims are bad for stoning women, and forget it says the same thing in the christan book.

lazycash 03-14-2011 03:48 PM

The flood you're referencing in the Bible is nothing like a tsunami, not really a comparison.

That's what I thought too - since when does Japan equal the "earth"?

I guess anyone is looking to attack anything

pinkeyedjim 03-14-2011 07:37 PM

Predictions in the bible are like cold readings by psychics, vague enough to be applied by crazy religious nuts (or anti-religious nuts) to whatever purpose they see fit.

I can't believe people actually respond to Divvy - 98% of the stuff he says/types is retarded. You'd be better served doing your charity work elsewhere :)

I believe the context was about flooding the population of the planet as a whole.

Davy 03-15-2011 04:29 AM

The Christians will just be sucked into heaven when the end of the world comes, just like this guy on the Louis Theroux documentary said.

There are some, but not even close to 10%.

From Wikipedia:

There are approximately 509,000 Catholics in Japan?just under 0.5% of the total population
