If I were to host a party at a local bar with special deals on tables, discounted wrist bands for drinks, and/or free entry

how many people would attend...

The bar is called "school of rock" its on Mill Ave right next to Tempe Mission Palms Hotel.

I'm always down to come to a party - but not drinking this show.

It would depend on if you are a sponsor of the show or just "skimming traffic" from it.

We'll soon be announcing a little something we will be doing on April 1st at Shotgun Betty's. Personally, I like "getting away" from the actual convention and prefer these kinds of events...i say do it up!

I've decided to save my time and go to XBiz Chicago instead in June. I really enjoyed the XBiz LA show last month.

I've got a heavy tax season and a couple of projects that I really can't be late completing. It seems I have a mid-April deadline for just about everything.

I don't think anyone would go to a "hosted party" with "deals" on tables and drinks :2 cents:

I'm not looking for any traffic of anything, a friend happens to own the bar. I'm just looking to help anyone out that wants to party before/during/after the forum.

I'm not looking to waste $5,000 on sponsoring for the forum, it will serve no purpose.

Then don't waste it on a party no one will attend.
Attendees won't stab the forum or their sponsors in the back by going to your dopey little event instead of theirs

EuroRevenue will be in Phoenix. I'm not sure if Huda can make It to such a party though. Those who want to meet up or just say hi and get a drink just do It when you see Huda or email me and I'll forward to him.

There are usually enough events and parties for attendees, I don't know if it's worth your time and trouble.

I didn't know Todd owned that place too. Interesting. I know American Junky and Dirty Pretty are owned (at least in part) by Bill ... Guess that's the thing now.
