What is the best way to pw a site dir?
 

I know, elementary webmaster stuff here. lol

What is the best way to password a site or directory? I suppose a directory on a site actually so they can hit the .com and then login. duh. (typing while I think)

I'm trying to not put anymore family photos on FB because they are whoring them out so much now in the sidebar, and want to put them somewhere on a site I own where they can be viewed without fucking ads rotating next to them!!!!

So I figure I'll just put them up myself, but I want them locked down securely.

I have just started to think about doing this, so figured I'd make a quick thread.

Facebook is starting to just be too much for some people, spreading our names all over google and shit. lol

And other sites out there are trying to go "social" and get people to add their REAL names to their profiles.

The social networking thing is bubbling. Personally I feel no need to plaster my real name and photo all over sites like cnn because I "liked" something. Fuckers.

here, someone want a FREE biz idea?

create a FB site where you can have MORE privacy, and doesn't make you use a two word real name to signup! I'd go through more verification if necessary like on the phone just to have more privacy online.
