My friend Ryohei was at his store when the quake hit. Here are some pics:

It sucks that all the porn fell on the floor. The boxes were packaged well, so they were not damaged.

My girlfriends cousin is there on vacation right now. She said it is a complete disaster, airports are flooded, she has no idea how she is going to get out of there. Her hotel has just got electricity back but the elevators still aren't working and she is on a floor in the 20's. I am sure at some point the US is going to send some kind of help to get Citizens back to the US.

I got so scared we took a cab inland and ate in a thai restaraunt away from the water. Nothing happened, and the hotel was in a lovely location, but god, if a wave did hit that hotel would have been a bad place to be. |
