Tsunami warning for west coast of U.S.!
 

There is now a warning for Alaska and all the west coast of the U.S.
They are reporting *IF* a tsunami will hit it would take several hours to travel
across the ocean arriving sometime early morning western local time.:warning

I'm less than a quarter mile from the ocean... I'll put some water wings on the cat, and pull out my long board.

I'm on a one of the tallest hills in Seattle..but don't think the Puget Sound would really be affected much by a tsunami..though I'm sure the pacific coastal areas could have some minor flooding at the least.

Right about now, people who may be in the path of such destruction are not laughing so hard at the people who store food and survival supplies.

Sea levels are expected rise less than a foot off the coast of California. Just stay away from the beaches, it isn't going to be anything remotely like the tsunami Japan got nailed with.
