Depends how good a friend I guess. See, if they're a really good friend they won't mind.

If she's already decided she likes the second guy, then the first guy's chances are now zero no matter what happens. If he wants to be cranky about it, I guess he can reduce his friend's chances to zero as well. If he's really a friend, however, he'll let his buddy take a shot at it.

In LA hot girls are everywhere but true friends are hard to find.

Tell the guy who lost out to grow the fuck up and find another girl. No use getting all mad because the girl didn't like him in the first place.
