Im looking for nicely designed wordpress themes (fast loading, good looking, well coded) looking to spend $xx-low $xxx for the exact fit ...looking for something that can be used for a search engine clone or nice news site...im basically tired of moding themes dont have time so hit me with what you got!

search engine theme wouldnt be too hard to do, just a lander with a search form, add some ajax, so no reloading.

im working on a yahoo clone i got tired of moding it but i havent seen anything really better so im stuck with it :(
