the most unique way of working out
I like trying 'alternative' ways of working out, I used to do almost all my leg workout pushing line sleds (used for American football) or jumping up on blocks, did weird stuff for my upper body and always wanted to try Kettlebells
but the strangest thing I ever tried was pulling 10 links of a ship's anchor chain through sand. I made it about 10 feet and it destroyed me for days, whats the strangest thing you ever tried while working out somewhat bigger than this http://farm1.static.flickr.com/55/13...06f39b3f20.jpg |

Come train Jiu Jitsu with me. I promise you'll feel that way the day after every class. At least for a month or two. Then your body adjusts to the hard training.
