Has anyone tried Twitter marketing?

New webmaster here, been using social networks a lot and was wondering, if anyone tried to promote adult sites with twitter tools, like ravenposter.com etc?

Are conversions any good to set the campaign up or it's a waste of time and money?

Our conversions are 1:150 now... Just don't make it too spammy
