Moneybookers are good. Easy to implement, good instructions, accepts Discovery Card and adheres to all Brittish banking laws. Very stable and reliable payment provider for around the same price as Paypal and Google Checkut.

Used IntGold before, and had a debit card with them. Worked fine and no worries, but was only for a couple clients, since nobody else uses them.

2CheckOut is horrible, and I wouldn't recommend them. Takes up to 6 weeks to get your money, and if a wire gets "lost", it's next to impossible to get them to help you out.
