I'm a PHP programmer myself, but I need someone to give me a hand in times when I have too many projects and need to outsource some work (like now).

Since I'm a programmer myself, I'm not looking for stuff just getting done, I'm looking for someone who works his code well (in terms of re-usability, performance, OOP, etc).
