It's been a while...who owns GFY now and the MODS?

I haven't been around in ages, can someone please give me a Reader's Digest version of the owner (I assume it's no longer Lensman) and the MODS (I know the dude who created the dancing banana passed away, he was a cool cat).

Can someone get me into caught-up land real quick so I know who not to piss off?
