Are there ANY .cc or .ru sites without viruses?

I'm really starting to wander about this.

its a stereotype of sorts, people in RU who don't know English might be getting some junk results including stuff with viruses while looking at .COM sites. Same as Choker gets to see junk from RU-net.
I'm my experience, speaking both Russian and English, I rarely get to see nasty sites, but then again, I don't deal with link submissions on the internets.

I worked with a Russian speaking guy and he explained that the Russian Speaking web is pretty much 10 years behind on regulation. If he needs 'free' software he'll always into the Russian web
