Some one work with burst.net? Is there only stupid answers on tickets?
Some shit happens with it network about week, network doest down for 10m-2h, but looks like no one whant to do anythink...

"Sorry for the delay in this, It seems that this is a problem for you very intermittently? I am not seeing an issue with this as of now, Does this happen at certain times that you're seeing this or very random at any times?"

Seems like they don't have a clue and are hoping you can help by suggesting the answer to them. Certainly don't seem to know how to run diagnostics on their servers.
