In my youth no wall was safe from my wrath, however I now view it as punching a wall out of stupidity instead of anger :)

I never have never punched a wall or broke anything as a result of my anger. That just shows that you really care. I never give people or women that satisfaction.

So true. When I was about 17 I punched a stucco wall - not good. Usually all it takes is a broken bone to curb you of the habit LOL.

One time years ago I was sitting with someone at the hospital and this kid came into in the ER, shattered all of the bones in his hand "in a fight" - turns out he punched a wall.

The Dr told him to stop punching walls, it's a fight he'll never win.

I did once back in high school after my first real girlfriend dumped me... that showed her! LOL

I punched a solid door twice, and my hand swelled up it looked like a golf ball on the back of my hand under the skin, no exageration.

then I slammed my door in my sisters house open palm and it was so thin I put a hole in it and the police locked me up for it!

I've slammed telephones down hard enough to break them two times in like 30 yrs.

A wall punched me once when it was angry, it broke the walls hand.

Only twice but longggg time ago, not worth it.

I used to put holes in walls all the time in my youth from my fist (and head :) ) when I was more impulsive but I rarely do that now. I have to admit to destroying a door rampage jackson style nearly two years ago but I had a good reason to be pissed and I didn't hurt anyone. I'm usually a pretty mellow and non-violent guy despite how it may seem.

Did it a couple times when I was a teenager, then I figured out it was much more satisfying to throw a person through the wall!

Yeah, I was drunk once in college and asked my roomate to teach me to put my fist through the door. Kinda dumb.

Then I was on seizure meds that made me crazy and I punched a wall once or twice. Needless to say, I'm no longer on those meds.

My 15 yr old son did this in December...ended up with several fractures, including two knuckles. He had to have surgery and some external hardware for several weeks and is only recently getting used to life with a hand again.

I used to do it until a friend of mine did it and hit a stud accidentally and shattered his wrist. Since then I have decided punching walls is not too bright.

I used to as a teenager till I broke my a knuckle and never did it again.

Many people have punched a wall out of anger. Sometimes there is a hole in the wall left after the punch.

i did it one time as a half joke when i was a kid and barely hit the wall and put a hole in it and i barely even hit it :( as a kid thats not what you want to do especially when its as a joke

I used to ride to work with a neighbor. Never said anything to me, just the girls at work. Told them her husband hit her.
After a party they went home, then in ambulance said beating & gun shots were an accident.
She died from 3 shots from a single action .22
At the funeral, small building,window A/C. August heat ran her makeup. In the back row, I saw her 2 black eyes & broken jaw.
I could not walk past by that casket.
