New Phrase : Podal Berry

I think I came up with a new phrase to describe something that happened today
and happens to a lot of people.

You know how you can walk down the street and then start to feel like there
is something in your shoe?

So you stop, take off the shoe, bang it, clear it with your hand then put the
shoe back on.

Then after a few more steps you feel this thing again.
So repeat; take off shoe, bang, clear, and put it back on again.

But after a few more steps, there this thing is again........DAMMIT!!


You can repeat the shoe banging and clearing process several times and still
every time that damn thing is still in your shoe!

Finally you take off your sock and find a piece of lint in a little ball that is clinging
inside the sock.

That piece of lint would be a Podal Berry!

Pissing off walkers in all sock wearing nations.


Note : The podal berry is create by washing machines and completely unrelated
to toe jam which is not particularly noticeable until fingered and then inhaled from the
finger surface. Nor is it similar to the dingle berry which is not composed of lint.
