We are now proceeding against Epassporte in the US

Hi Ray,

We are now proceeding against Epassporte in the US, we are working together with US attorneys to get some assets of Epassporte. I do have good hopes, I expect that we will be able to recover the funds, I expect this to take about 6 months. By all means I will keep you informed about the progress.

Kind regards,

so did daniel get out of jail ?

whats the story about that ?

Sly 02-18-2011 08:42 AM

Are Daniel's personal legal issues going to complicate things at all?

DateDoc 02-18-2011 08:43 AM

Good luck! I hope you rape ePass and its owners financially!

~Ray 02-18-2011 08:45 AM

Once you look at Daniel's credentials, you will see that he is not a "Slum Lawyer" and that the recent legal issue was mearly an attack on his character...... that did not succeed.

i have read up on his past legal fights and he is def the man for the job, he has fought many times in the past to get funds unfrozen for various groups/individuals..

i was just curious why the recent charge and what case it related to. Obviously he is out so it must not have had much weight to it, but to be raided to begin with means he was poking someones hornet nest.

I'm curious too...

NaughtyRob 02-18-2011 10:52 AM

I can't see how epassporte will pay any money if they dissolved the company and filed bankruptcy. The money is GONE.

~Ray 02-18-2011 11:12 AM

You can't join the team without paying something up front. I paid $500 plus 15% of funds he recovers.

If he fails to recover anything, I am out $500

I am ok with "risking" $500 because it makes me feel much better , than doing nothing.

I also made a good contact for that part of the world...

why don't you ask the lawyer? daniel's email has been posted numerous times.

Abbie 02-18-2011 09:07 PM

I'm curious as to who the US attorneys are. Shouldn't potential clients be allowed to speak directly with them?

Email Daniel and find out. He does not bite and will not charge you anything until he sends a letter of engagement

Barry-xlovecam 02-18-2011 10:33 PM

Because my question was most likely rhetorical ...

I doubt there is any answer however much I wish to be proven wrong.

I have no vested interest now. We made sure that we were paid our money.
However, I would like to see others owed money in the fiasco recoup their losses.
But paying up front for hope is a cruel hoax.

So, ask Danial for me ...

Without a serviceable and collectible Defendant ? it is all bullshit.

{Psycho} 02-19-2011 09:51 AM

good luck mate

I had to pay $500 up front because my amount was less than $10k

If your amount is larger, you do not pay anything until Daniel collects.

not that it matters to you Barry.

I hope they take everything that cock sucker has and it leaves him homeless in the streets, sucking cock to get his next meal.

butcherboy 02-23-2011 10:51 AM

So now he's hurt. He limps, he suffers. And character assassination is only a part of it. "I don't like people thinking I'm a crook. I sound like Nixon now: 'I'm not a crook!' But what else can I say?" He claims that almost all account holders have gotten their money back, and that "95 percent of the people clamoring for their money are frauds." For those who claim otherwise, he has a promise: "Everyone that is owed money?to the extent that I have anything to do with it?will be paid.

Lawyers email is posted above, the lawyer is not here looking for more (but I'm sure would love some more). I'd email him if you want in on this as he won't see you asking to be hit up.

ladida 02-25-2011 07:57 PM

I don't get this "can you hit us" and you are actually in need of someone's services. Just email the dude and talk. You're not above emailing someone.
