Lil' free tip to help paysite conversion...
 

For some of you guys this will be totally remedial so move along then... but for those of you who haven't thought of this yet for whatever reason...

Most often conversion has as much to do with what models are on your tour as to how you lay the tour out. Guys whip out their credit cards when they want to see more of a particular girl. So that in mind... DATA MINE baby! Watch the stats from your members area and see which girls (and even which pic of said girl) is getting clicked on most. If you've been running free sites, see which ones get the traffic there. Use those pics/models on your tours to increase conversion.

Seems like a NO DUH! I know, but you wouldn't believe how many of my clients have never watched the stats to see which models are their Queens of the Click.

The thing I spend the most time on when I design tours is selecting the right girls and shots. Done that ever since I started getting emails saying "I joined because of xxxx girl on your tour, can I get some more pics of her?"

With one dude it was a tiny pic of a brunette in the shower on a join page that made him whip out the plastic.

Another little point that goes hand in hand with this and I almost never see people doing:

Make sure the models/photo sets on the tour are EASY TO FIND for your members. Nothing kills your trial conversion like selling them on a photo set and then not delivering it to them easily!
