So a friend hit me up and he was asking me questions about how sites start up a white label program. Can anyone give a rundown on how they are created?

The traditional term "White Label Promo" (often abbreviated as WLP) refers to a promotional pressing, with a label that has mostly the same text, design and content as the commercial label, but with your own logo and a couple of predefined settings that you can change; besides the skin and niche content found on the commercial pressings. I am confused, you need one done or you want to start a program that creates them?

I think he has a website and wants to create a white label to allow others to promote his site, is that correct?
