The 5th Element is a confused, boring, self-indulgent pile of shit.

Is there a focused, exciting, self-restraining pile o' shit?

Amsterdam was great as always. It was my fourth New Years Eve there in the last five years. Lots of fun. Also saw some of Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria and stopped in to New York and Vegas on the way home (I had one of those around the world tickets).

It's nice to be out of the snow and back in Brissie again but when the fuck is it gonna RAIN?! It's as dry as a nun's twat out there!

Always.

And the whole seven weeks only cost me about US$5000, including an around-the-world airfare and ten days worth of train travel through Europe. I stay at youth hostels and eat fairly cheap though. And Eastern Europe was so fucking cheap!

But it was one hell of an adventure! Goddamn travel is addictive!

Who's coming to Amsterdam for next New Years Eve?

:rasta

People joke about it, but travelling seems to be in the blood of Australians. I don't know of any other nationals that seem to enjoy it so much, or take such a relaxed approach to travelling the world on a moment's notice.
