id be curious to talk to you, or anyone else, about the economics of this kind of deal.. if you're already losing ~10% on gross to payment processing (plus a reserve usually), and give away 70% to the girls, that's only 20% to pay all the bills with. is that really enough and still be able to grow? the free credits are also very interesting on such a small margin.

is the problem here my assumption of basing the %'s off of gross? that is, a model makes 100$ of tips from a client, they keep 70$, right? or are you doing 70% of net after the overhead, where she may only get 40-50$ of that clients 100$?
