We just recently launched the fresh design and it's converting 1:10 to 1:60 on search traffic.

The best converting traffic is highly targeted search engine traffic. For example, let's say someone searches in Google for "buy pheromone products." The sales from that traffic could be 1 sale for 20 visitors. Sponsors may pay per click, but of course they care about conversions. Good luck! Crappy quality traffic may not convert anything.
