Right how do you stop this 'red-eye' thing ?

I am in loads of pics from the convention and different partys, and in every single pic, I am about the only one with red-eye.

I got told before not to look into the camera lens when the pic is being taken but that doesn't work and now I just look like someone with devil eyes and a squint....

I think my eyes are fucked up too... Almost every damn picture taken of me has red eye! One time somebody took a nightvision movie of me, everybody else eyes looked normal - mine looked like the fiery pits of hell!!!
