Here's some advice to convert on cams and I know you can do it with datinggold.

Pull live girls onto your site from the cam site. The girls who display should actually be live. Set up your own whitelabel and send your surfers, preferably your members who already have registered, to the live girls landing page so they can chat immediately. Pass all the member info over to your whitelabel including their email and automatically create them an account.
