For galleries, um.. I think www.adultcontent.ca has some already made to the right size for TGP galleries. Not as cheap as you probably want though. Only one that came to mind.

adultlegal, though the price on their homepage is for streaming movies, if you plan to offer the movies for download then you will have to pay something around $500 per movie...

are the dvd's downloadable at adult legal?

nope they fedex them to you and you have to rip them yourselves

The prices on their website are for movie streaming, if you want to offer them for download you will have to pay around $500 per dvd.

The price for a $500 dvd is if you rent, lease or resell the feed to other webmasters.

a normal license will cover anything except resale, lease, VOD etc...
