Considering it's a house you're probably OK, but it's worth checking into what you will be paying for electric. Will you deal directly with the power company and pay government rates, or do you pay to the owner at a rate he sets? You want the gov rate.

Check on this. One of the ways home / condo owners get extra money is to double and sometimes triple the utilities costs. Lots of sneaky cheats like this.

wow 77k for that little bungalow what a ripoff

could have went for something cheaper but wanted 2 full bedrooms. maybe i could have gotten it cheaper once i went there, but from here it's already one of the best offers i could find. almost everything else was twice as much and more

you'll be happy with Naiharn, its very low key but still has plenty of bars + you are very close to chalong pier where most of the boats depart from for day trips.

and 77,000 is a fine price for a holiday rental, considering what you pay for a hotel with similar ammenities
