PhotoGregg (pirate) and Clips4Sale (bravo!)
 

PhotoGregg is a pirate, and he's been caught -- red handed.

His hand job stores over at Clips 4 Sale (stores #8196 and 4179) contain many of the handjobs I own and which appear at Manojob.com. I haven't even gotten through all of his "stores", but I'm prepping myself for the worst.

I would like to thank Clips 4 Sale with their immediate action to demand 2257 information from PhotoGregg for ALL of this content, and, when that isn't provided, that his stores be closed immediately.

It's tough enough with Tubes and file sharing sites...to have producers stealing content and re-rendering movies to remove watermarks is enough to make me wanna start filing lawsuits.

Again, a big thank you to Tom at Clips 4 Sale for his immediate attention to this very serious matter.

I'd also like to follow up and say it was really great to have a direct phone number for Clips 4 Sale, and to have a voice answer it on the first ring, and to immediately start dealing with this issue; it shows how seriously Clips 4 Sale is about dealing with content thieves.

Fabulous Cash has never licensed, allowed a sales agent to act on our behalf, nor sold our content.

That's as far as I'll go. I've got releases and full 2257, which I won't post here, but if I have to, I'll provide for Clips 4 Sale. But it's cool that C4S is putting the burden of proof on PhotoGregg.

As moronic as this response is (just stop and think for a sec...would I really pirate content, make FHG's of it, attach my affiliate program (and reputation) to it, and then post it to GFY?), I'd like to still answer it.

Like I said, I have full documentation -- both civil (the model release) and criminal (the 2257 info).

I chose Barbie as an example cause some of you probably know it's Barbie Cummings, and her solo site is owned by Dogfart.com -- the people I direct for. I shot this scene right before Barbie contracted to Dogfart and started BarbCummings.com

The content in the page he posted above (from Photogreggs store) is indeed Manojob content I recognize scenes myself (been promoting them since they launched, I think I was rev id 6 or 7 on initial backend).

I'm pretty sure Billy knows his own content (and recognizes his own cock in some).

I'd like to acknowledge Tom once more, cause when we first talked, I was having a hard time controlling my temper, and he did a great job of handling it all. He could have easily turned into a (bigger) dick than me, but he took the high road, and was calm, cool, and collected.

Unfortunately copyright infringement is an on going battle but what makes a world of difference is how it is handled.
Clips4Sale does not tolerate such things but as with any issue there is a protocol in which to follow which generally allows the store in question to present accurate documentation within a 24hr period. Failure to comply results in immediate store closure until the documentation is submitted. If never submitted the store remains closed and the owner of it is blocked from ever being able to reopen another studio.

Fyi - billywatson - Tom had no clue what "gofuckyourself.com" was LOL but he definitely appreciates the public gratitude. :)

Billy Watson is one of the most honest guys I know in the industry. I've personally visited his studio and while I have no proof that Billy Watson shot it other than it looks like his shooting style, the set is obviously from his studio so it's pretty obvious that photogreg stole his content. That guy is such a dirtbag to begin with that there shouldn't be much of a question to whether or not Billy Watson is making this up.

No, lots of proof was posted in this thread, people who have 100% certainty that the content listed above as 'proof' was indeed shot by BillyWatson.

Even Barbie Cummings herself posted about her shoots with Billy on her blog (I think there was 2 (for 2 of his sites) total before she went to her own site with BoB, not positive, but I know 2 at least above could confirm).
