Big Ups to WebAir

About 9 months ago (just guessing) I had a big problem and came on here and bashed webair pretty bad. I had an issue that lost us significant money, and it resulted in words exchanged with the owner over the situation, and it wasn't fun.

The situation was rectified and I don't come to forums much, but when credit is due, I think it's important to say Thanks.

After our situation I continued on with them and in the process tried to work with other hosts for different needs. Bottom line, nobody provided service as good as webair and they've been very good at addressing any need we've had.

Just wanted to clear the air and give credit when it's due. Great company and I'm glad to be working with them still.

Nope, two separate people that think webair sucks. I can say that too because I've tried you guys multiple times and it was laughable every time.

bloggerz 02-07-2011 09:38 PM

See sig and get taken care of!

Harmon 02-07-2011 09:48 PM

Webair is great. I just sent my sister your way when she wanted to start blogging for fun :thumbsup

Kelli58 02-08-2011 02:59 AM

I've been very happy with Webair for years. Extremely great customer service. Very personable, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make you happy and not feel stupid, no matter how many stupid things you do that they have to fix. LOL

ContentPimp 02-08-2011 03:00 AM

Yup webair is a great hosting company

Hey Gerard. You in particular have been of great assistance whenever we've needed it.

Hope all is well!

Impossible. Best company I ever worked wit! been wit them for close to 6 years now 53 servers and growing.

Ever stop to think it could be you? Let's guess $5.95 virtual account & you making close to ZERO dollars?? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

My guess all of these positive "reviews" are bros. I've had nothing but trouble with Webair and have heard the same from people I know aren't brown-nosers or circle-jerkers.

Guess again =) :thumbsup

Loryn 02-08-2011 12:08 PM

That is awesome... it's very nice of you to come back after drama and give credit... really cool of you... :thumbsup :thumbsup

WebAir goes above and beyond in customer service... I have two servers with them and have never had a problem... if anything I have been a pain in the ass to them, LOL...

Love you guys and great thread...

BNMedia 02-08-2011 12:34 PM

Another happy Webair customer here.
I think Gerard especially would walk bare foot over hot coals to keep his clients happy! :thumbsup

Denny 02-08-2011 12:34 PM

Webair rocks :thumbsup

I would rather my sister's website not be on an adult server. She would as well. She is not involved in the industry, comprende? Man, some of you mother fuckers are thick.

Not me, Baba. Look back at my prior posts (there aren't that many I'm not a forum troll) and you'll see loud and clear I'm not in cahoots with anyone, including webair. I started this thread to give kudos to webair because they've outperformed several other providers and been great at every aspect of their job.

I had an issue with them once, aired it here, and a long time later, felt it was proper to give credit when it was due after working through it.

I am nobodys bro and I still like webair. Have 3 servers there, would not have if I would not be happy.

I just place those sites on another IP than my adult sites. I assume your sister is on virtual hosting now, maybe there's some CP next to her files on the harddrive, she will never know!!

Harmon,

No worries man.. Thanks for the referral my friend!

RyuLion 02-09-2011 11:36 AM

The force is strong with 2 trolls in this thread.

Marshal 02-09-2011 11:48 AM

the fact that they have been there for the last 15 years is something that matters... my last server was a true bargain. thanks, gerard!

Pornwolf 02-09-2011 01:10 PM

I've been hosting with them for abouot 8 of those 15 years. I can say that without a doubt they have been good to me.

Another extremely popular mainstream host that has a few several hundred million dollar companies tried to give me a cloud server account. I checked it out for about 4 months. The speed and support was nowhere near Webair's.

Seriously.

nico-t 02-09-2011 02:04 PM

serious question: does webair ask some of their clients to make positive threads on here? I guess to somehow compensate all the negative threads... anyway, serious question

BNMedia 02-09-2011 03:16 PM

I've never been prompted by Webair in any way to post on here.
I personally feel looked after and so feel the need to give credit where credit is due.
My Webair experience hasn't always been a ride without bumps, but the important thing is that there has always been someone there to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

Pornwolf 02-09-2011 10:12 PM

I have to agree with that. Webair has handled my account over the years in a way that made it possible for me to do some great things without having to hire a guy to handle server issues as I would have with a lot of hosts.

No call is needed to give them a compliment. As a matter of fact, I called Gerard today to tell him to meet me for lunch if he was in town for XBiz LA.

Everyone here who knows me here knows that is not something I do often. lol

webair 02-10-2011 03:16 PM

Thanks guys! Much LOVE in this thread!
Thanks for the positive comments!

pristine 02-10-2011 03:28 PM

webair (mike) = AliGbone

it's obvious.
