I'm beginning to think that nobody buys porn on their mobile phones
 

Allow me to shed some light on why I feel this way.

First off I have 200-400 mobile visitors per day almost 95% google traffic searching for hardcore movies and xxx hardcore mostly.

The sponsors I've tried so far and have sent 5000 hits or more to each are: NastyDollars (Reality Kings Mobile), RevShareIt, PussyCash (I'mLive Mobile) HDV Bucks mobile site, and JuggCash (X Mobile Pass). These are the sites I've tried so far and I admit the only program that has produced any sales at all was RevShareIt and only a couple.

I honestly don't know what these mobile users are looking for because they aren't buying. I think I figured out why they call mobile phones smartphones. They are called smartphones because the people who use them are too smart to spend their money on mobile porn.

Anyone else care to share their experiences of promoting mobile adult programs?

I don't know of anyone who sits on a cell phone and surfs the web, for porn or otherwise. Mobile internet just doesn't work because you can't fit a web page onto such a small screen. We want better and bigger, not smaller. Why would you pay to see porn on a tiny little screen when you can pay to see porn on your big ass monitor at home?

People surfing mobile porn are just killing time while waiting for the bus or their dentist appointment. They aren't serious porn shoppers.

I'm not a strong believer in mobile porn... I think the problem could be that people are paying for their porn on the pc after finding the site on the mobile. In which case the cookie won't track you. It would be extremely easy for sponsors to set things up so you get credited with the sale once the person who bought membership logs in on their mobile phone (with the original cookie). But they don't appear to want to do that, and they won't until enough affiliates complain.

Never mind I just tried it out, it just strips styling and stuff. Doesn't look very pretty, as it turns all posts into links with a bit of text.

I also checked some stats, wordpress loads fine on most mobile platform and has only slightly higher bounce rate than regular visitors. If anything, they spend more time and loads more pages than the average.

Ive tried so many programs trying to convert mobile i finally just gave up and made a prepaid deal with someone and let them worry about it

Topbucks was a killa then it dropped surprisingly Brazzers mobile is doing much better on the non micro-niche sites.

I just looked in Stats Remote and my all-time Top Bucks Mobile ratio (I've been promoting them since last year) is 1:602. These are people that are re-directed using the mobile script and it involves no direct mobile marketing.

You should try them. I also have not had luck with other mobile programs. Don't know what they're doing differently, as it looks the same as just about every other mobile site to me, but it converts.

Keep in mind this is on gay traffic. Don't know how or what it does on straight or other traffic.

Also, you should check if your mobile traffic is mobile images traffic (if you are blogging etc). You will not get as good a ratio on this as regular mobile traffic.

- mobile is one of the few things that still sells and converts like 2005.
- to say people don't watch porn on phones bluntly shows your age and ignorance of technological/social trends.
- arguments against mobile remind me of the ones against tubes and we know how that went for you.
- to make the sales you have to have the right traffic, landers, programs. if you are not making sales you are doing something wrong with the the previous. has nothing to do with "mobile."
