VPS hosting needed asap. Spam me.

Hi, I require VPS hosting asap for small project (cheap unmanaged P4/Atom dedi's might be considered, but VPS would be fine for this project). About 500GB/month transfer, PHP5, etc etc the usual VPS trimmings.

    Rules:

    1. I don't require a Quad-Core.
    2. Non-overpopulated, fast SQL is a priority.
    3. Personal preference is for FreeBSD if you offer a cheap dedi. box.
    4. Post your affiliate links ONLY if you know the SQL is fast please.
    5. Did I mention fast SQL?

    And, go..
Server Optimisation - Pentesting - Secure WP Installs.

I highly recommend my host. Meets all your requirements:

        Xen VPS:

        2.4GHz
        1GB RAM
        28GB HD
        500GB transfer

Under $40/mo, and cheaper if you pay quarterly, bi-annually, etc.

If you're interested I can send you the hosting company owner's contact info. He's online now.

You can check out our VPS packages here.

          http://www.galaxyvisions.com/vps_hosting.php

The speed SQL will have to do with a few things:

          1. Processor Speed
          2. RAM
          3. Disk Type

Not in that order. I think Disk type is very important for I/O's if you have heavy DB needs. All of our VPS are built on SAS or SCSI Hard Drives. Which will give you better performance then a cheap Dedicated with a SATA harddrive.

If you have any questions please feel free to hit me up on ICQ or email me. All my info is in my sig below.

I've really been liking Slicehost - subsidiary of rackspace. You pick the OS that you want, and then take it from there in the command line. I'm sure those other VPS are just as good.
