You ever notice the fucking problem is always in the middle east?
For fucks sake already... These towel head mother fuckers really need to grow up, live life, and act like adults.
|
Eastern Europe, Northern Africa, Central Africa, Southeast Asia, Southwest Asia, Central America, South America...
Nope, not always the Middle East. Bummer. |
Yup there are never problems any where in the world. We live in the Garden of Eden
|
If they had flat screen tv's, home entertainment units and maybe an xbox to go home to like we westerners all have maybe they'd put down the rocks and quit yelling mindless hatred in the streets and go the fuck home.
But I could be wrong on that. :D |

Well they cover their women up so they can't see anything. No wonder why they are pissed. But at the same time, notice they shooting each other in Cario - they don't weapons.
At the same time, look at what's happening in Africa. They are dieing by the millions and no one gives a crap. |
Did you notice the problem is always with one's perception?

Weird that the problems all started around 1948, what kind of evil presence was put in there that year?
|
Peace will never happen in the middle east, religion is involved

While there is unrest in many different parts of the world there has been fighting and war in the middle east since the beginning of recorded history and there seems to be no end in sight. It is what they know and they seem to have little interest in changing it.

The Jews had been living in and around the area known as Israel for a couple thousand years before that. |

If democracy/liberation is worth killing 100k Iraqis then why is it bad news that a riot is going to be used in Egypt instead of massive bomb raids? OH wait..... That has nothing to do with it, because you simply felt like complaining about Muslims. </end truth> |

America already had it's civil war with the people killing each other so why curse other nations that also may need to go through that awful process. We are not better because we are not killing each other now, we simply killed each other earlier in history and settled some big problems. |
LOL @ Everyone saying 'what about the crusades'.
Yeah I'm sure that there's been violence in every country since the beginning of time if you want to look at it that way. I meant the recent string of violence and wars, not ancient wars. The Middle East is the only group of countries that are peaceful enough to not acquire nuclear weapons (aside from Israel, of course). |

as long as man is alive...greed in one form or other is going to be there...And as long as greed is there, there is going to be fighting....only the so called reasons for it are going to be different.....my :2 cents:

As long as we're generalizing, ever notice how all the child molesters and serial killers are white guys? Seriously WTF
|
You never know, maybe this is the beginning for another renaissance-type period for the Middle East. There have been times in history where they excelled in science & technology, culture, wealth, standard of living, etc.
Changing the social fabric of societies generally comes with a price (usually bloodshed), so you never know what the future holds... |
The middle east is pretty much a cess pool of shit. They live in poverty. Their religion forces them to fight and kill everyone they see. Their religion tells them that women are shit and should serve as slaves to men. I would say the middle east is pretty fucked up. But hey, that's just how they roll.

It's skewed because everyone knows that there are not very many, and actually forbidden some places for a minority to become a priest. :1orglaugh OH SHIT!!! I just read the first line I typed. Please read it again but interpret the word "figures" as in human figures = persons. LOL!! Freud is working over time. |
Bunch of dumb fucks need to play one game of Risk and you'll have you understanding of why the Middle East is such a trouble zone. Geographically it is a huge center point on a massive land mass. You have so many different races and religions colliding from all sides here. That's the way it has been for centuries, and the way it will continue to be for a long time. It is a strategic focal point for world domination, and people will fight over it for the foreseeable future. Wipe out all the camel jockeys and you'll justhave someone knew fighting over it. :2 cents:

Yeah, bring back the good 'ol USSR ... we need a new nudnik ...
|
I do not want to get in fierce debate like the rest of you, but it sure is funny the size of Israel compared to the rest of that region and how they always seem to be involved in the trouble the majority of the time.
I certainly do not know any sort of knowledgable history about that area, but it does seem odd. I should really research it, it sures sounds interesting. From the ottoman empire (??) to current day issues. Anyone know any goodish books (easy to read)? Yeh also unbiased. I dont want to swallow some of the garbage some of the posters in this thread have swallowed. |
Oil
Nobody will care about the Middle East if we find a way to get rid of oil dependency. The world's thirst for oil has actually made the problems worse in that part of the world, rather than help it.

Blame it all on the jews.... that's why shiites and sunnis have been murdering eachother for hundreds of years. Riiiiight. :disgust
The middle east is home to many religions with conflicting ideologies who's holy lands occupy many of the same sites. Ex- the Temple Mount / Dome of the Rock. It's not any one religion or nation that's the "problem", if someone wants to point a finger maybe point it at religion itself. :2 cents: |
