so far missing around 1k just after the transition. some programs claims to send me the checks or wire payments, while i reicived 0 from them.

Every payout I'm contacting affiliates to change their payout method so they can get paid. I have some that have never returned an icq or email and have money just waiting for them, but I need to know where to send the check.

I bet there are way more affiliates not looking after this than webmasters!

Each year I get back dozens of xmas cards, this year is no different, I don't get why people don't put the right information or change it when needed.

Thanks for the payments.php tip. I keep a spreadsheet, which shows me exactly how much money each sponsor owes me, or I'd really be fucked. It seems that every period I'm chasing at least 2-3 missing checks and it really pisses me off.

yes but some now disable / delete payments.php. seen that happen before. one brogram does that on some of their sites now.

Yeah that is really annoying. The best thing to do is just stop using any program that does this to you more than once. There are tons of programs that pay on time all the time might as well use them.

i email affiliates at every pay period to change their info to check but it seems most do not reply or care to get paid, and most of the time the emails bounce or they never had a valid email on file
