i live across the street from the ocean and my car is target practice for the seagulls. I need to wash often or else I have an eggshell white with grey tinged colour car. Blech.

Never give up dude! I have a black car and live in the damn desert.....dusty every day. Wash and wax every other week and use a California duster....hell, have someone else wash and wax your car. Worth it to drive a clean car. My :2 cents:
